We're on Your Team!

Congratulations on taking the first step in your recovery. Acknowledging and understanding that you have an addiction and seeking treatment takes courage. We are on your team and committed to assisting you with your treatment goals and getting your life back on track.

Intake Process

New patient intakes are during our operating hours between 5:45 AM and 2:00 PM. We do not want you to wait to seek treatment so contact us right away if you would like to be seen outside of these hours. We accept walk-in appointments but calling in advance allows us to answer any questions about the intake process and how you can receive help today.

Our initial goal is to provide physical and psychological stability through opioid replacement therapy and interaction with our treatment team. Most patients feel comfortable within days of starting treatment and can immediately start to see an improvement in their quality of life.

As we work together, patients see improved relationships and functionality in their family, the community, and the workplace. As treatment progresses and life improves, feelings of guilt, frustration, and poor self-image start to subside.

Patient Transfers

Quick and easy transfers! We are happy to accept patients already participating in medication assisted treatment at other substance abuse clinics, and assist you in making a quick and easy transition to Bonsai Health. We will honor your current take-home dosages and work to assist you in continuing and improving your recovery journey at Bonsai Health. We anticipate the transfer patient intake process to take less than an hour.

Insurance and Fees

We generally accept patients with health insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare.  Call to discuss your insurance options with us.  For our uninsured patients, our Methadone cash fee is $10 per day.
